Baked Jicama Fries


1lb Jicama
1/2c. Unrefined Coconut Oil (or olive oil)
Old Bay Seasoning


  1. Pre-Heat oven to 400F and line baking sheet with foil
  2. Slice Jicama into ¼ inch width to resemble a fry
  3. Rinse Jicama and pat dry and place into glass bowl
  4. Evenly coat Jicama with Oil
  5. Dump Jicama onto baking sheet and spread out evenly
  6. Sprinkle Seasoning
  7. Place in oven for 40 minutes, moving around so they brown evenly
  8. Add any of your favorite spices for a more flavorful fry
