1 Ideal Protein Dark Chocolate Pudding Mix
2 Egg Whites
1 Pinch of Ideal Salt
1 Splenda
1/2 tsp Lemon Juice


  1. Beat 2 Egg Whites with Salt, Lemon Juice, and Splenda
  2. Mix IP Pudding to directions
  3. Fold Eggs (Don’t Beat) into Pudding
  4. Refrigerate for one hour
  5. Serve
