Glazed Cinnamon Rolls


1 IP vanilla pudding mix (dry)
1 IP plain pancake mix (dry)
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. sugar free sweetener, granular
1/3 C. liquid egg whites
2 tsp. olive oil
4 Tbsp. water
Cooking spray
¼ tsp. cinnamon


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the dry ingredients (except cinnamon)
  3. Add liquid ingredients; stir to mix
  4. Place approximately 1/6 of the batter into a separate bowl and add the cinnamon; stir to mix
  5. Spray a muffin top tin with cooking spray; spoon first batter into muffin top tin making 4 cinnamon buns
  6. Place the cinnamon batter into one corner of a Ziploc style baggie making a piping bag
  7. Clip ¼ “ of the plastic baggie corner and squeeze the cinnamon batter onto the cinnamon buns in a circular pattern
  8. Bake 8 minutes or until done
  9. Drizzle with Cream Cheese Glaze (optional)
