Non Restricted Pumpkin Pie Bites


1 Ideal Protein Maple Oatmeal
1 Ideal Protein Butterscotch Pudding
2 tsp. Pumpkin Spice
6 oz Water
1 Egg


  1. Preheat oven to 400F
  2. Mix IP Oatmeal with Egg and 2 oz of Water to make a dough
  3. Spray 4 muffin tins with Pam
  4. Pour Oatmeal dough into tins and press down as thinly as possible to form a cup
  5. Bake 6-7 minutes
  6. Mix IP Butterscotch Pudding with Pumpkin Spice and 4 oz Water and Refrigerate
  7. Let crust cool
  8. Once Pudding is cold enough add to top of crust and serve
