Zesty Italian Garlic Crackers


1 IP crispy cereal, crushed
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp IP salt
¼ tsp Italian seasoning
¼ tsp dried chives
pinch of baking powder
1 tsp extra light olive oil
3 Tbsp water
¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes


  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients thoroughly
  3. Add the wet ingredients and stir well
  4. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and spread batter very thin with a spatula sprayed with cooking spray to prevent sticking
  5. Bake 15 minutes, take out of the oven and cut in cracker size pieces with a pizza cutter; flip pieces over and bake another 5 minutes
  6. Watch the crackers closely towards the end as they will bake very quickly and may turn too dark
  7. Cool completely
  8. Serve with Salsa, a cucumber salsa, or Walden Farms dips
