I'm Dr. Stacy Shropshire.
Classically trained as a Doctor of Chiropractic, Dr. Shropshire graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1995. Never one to stop learning, she completed an additional 325 hours to earn her Diplomate Degree in Chiropractic Rehabilitation from Northwestern University in 2003 and is registered with the American Chiropractic Board of Rehabilitation. She also holds a diploma as a certified Digestive Health Specialist from the Loomis Institute of Enzyme Nutrition, graduating in 2014.
Blending her unique set of skills with a love of all things aesthetic, she decided to open Evolution Body Transformation in 2013. As one of the earliest providers of Coolsculpting in the Madison area, Dr. Shropshire has done thousands of Coolsculpting treatments since adding the service to the treatment menu in 2014. She has been selected to attend 6 different Coolsculpting University trainings over the span of the last 10 years including getting her Master’s Coolsculpting certificate, an MBA in Coolsculpting and was invited to a special physician’s only training at the beautiful Coolsculpting training headquarters in Virginia.
Subsequent to adding Coolsculpting to the practice she has also invested in a variety of other permanent non-invasive body contouring devices. Since she is trained on and has extensive experience using Truscupt 3D and ID, Emsculpt NEO, Emtone, Emscella, Evoke and EvolveX, along with various laser certifications she is uniquely positioned to create truly customized treatment protocols for her clients with the ability to mix and match devices to come up with the perfect program to quickly help them achieve the goals they are looking for.
Leaning on her Digestive Degree, she also helps coach clients utilizing a variety of weight loss programs and supplementation to provide the best outcomes for the services they receive at Evolution Body Transformation.
Partnering with our wonderful Medical Director, Dr. Mei, MD, she has also been able to add additional services and value to our clients.
She was voted Wisconsin Women’s Choice Award for Best Chiropractor in 2003. She was nominated for the Athena Award in 2015 and has been nationally recognized as a leading health care authority, featured on ABC, NBC, CBS and Fox as well as local publications Madison Magazine, Brava Magazine and Savvy Women. She hosted a monthly health focused radio show for Midwest Family Broadcasting for years, was featured health expert on ABC television, and is now a monthly featured expert on TVW’s Wisconsin Women television program.

She has had a wonderful career in chiropractic and was voted Wisconsin Women’s Choice Award for Best Chiropractor in 2003.Running her own business has also given her the opportunity to hire and mentor employees. Over the years, she has lost some of her best employees due to encouraging them to pursue their dreams. Several have been inspired to go back to school, including two that became massage therapists and one that became a chiropractor. Another left to start her own business, a group of tanning salons. Going back to her physical therapy roots, she decided to complete a 325 hour post-doctorate Diplomat Program through Northwestern and is registered with the American Chiropractic Board of Rehabilitation. She also holds a diploma as a certified Digestive Health Specialist from the Loomis Institute of Enzyme Nutrition.After giving birth to two wonderful children, Stacy found herself gaining a weight. She resolved to find a solution and through her weight loss efforts, found a population of her patients with weight loss goals. Finding such joy in helping people lose weight quickly, she started Evolution Body Transformation. Through her work at Evolution Body Transformation she has helped hundreds of clients reach their weight loss and aesthetic goals.

With a passion for excellent skin care and the latest treatments, Mindy brings 17 years of medical spa experience. Mindy’s broad range of training and expertise make her a fantastic skin, hair, and body expert and a master at image consulting. Mindy is fluent in ASL (American Sign Language).
Jodie Radtke
Medical Injectionist
She has over 15 years of experience working with fillers and neurotoxins such as Botox and Dysport. Her goal is to reveal the most natural you, working to turn back the clock revealing the younger you that you remember.
