WHAT IS DERMAPLANING?

Dermaplaning is a dermatological treatment for facial exfoliation that is sometimes confused with microdermabrasion. While both processes involve removing dead skin cells from the first layer of skin, dermaplaning also removes vellus hair (peach fuzz) and does not abrade the skin.
